短波紫外线照射治疗支气管肺炎的观察

摘　　要：采用短波紫外线照射患儿腰背部治疗深部脏器感染──支气管肺炎，紫外线治疗组与对照组各３４例，紫外线组显著缩短患儿发热、咳嗽、肺部湿音消失时间及病程（Ｐ＜０．０１），减少了抗生素用药时间．用化学发光的方法测定中性粒细胞吞噬功能及血浆调理素活性，经紫外线照射后患儿血液内中性粒细胞预激活水平，最大吞噬能力，综合吞噬能力及血浆调理素活性均显著提高（Ｐ＜０．０５）。In this study, the short-wave UV was radiated on lumbodorsal area(20cm×24cm) of children with bronchopneumonia to observe its effect, which was once a day for 2-3 times.On the basis of using the same antibiotic therapy, 68 cases were randomly divide into UV treatment group and control group equivalently. In comperison with both groups,it was showed that the short-wave UV can obviously improve the cough, fever or moist rale in lungs; shorten the course of disease;and reduca the antibiotic dose. After UV radiation,the pre-activation level,the greatest and integral pegocytosis of granulocytes, and plasma opsonic activity measured by chemiluminescence were all markedly enhanced respectively.
