对高中开设体育专项选修课的探讨

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法,对高中开设体育专项选修课的教学实践进行调查研究。研究表明:开设体育选修课不仅调动了学生体育课学习的积极性与主动性,同时学生的健康水平、运动技能、身体素质也得到了提高,终身体育意识、兴趣、习惯、能力都得到培养,并为在中学体育课开设体育选修课提供了教学依据。By using the methods of questionnaire,documentary,mathematical statistics,this study investigated and analyzed the educational practice of offerin g sports specialty electives in seni or middle school.The results indica ted that it not only arouse the students' vigorous and initiative in P.E.,but also improved the level of health and sports technique,trained the consc iousness of lifelong physical training,intere st,custom and competence.Furtherm ore,this article put forward refere nces of offering sports specia-lity electives in senior middle school.
