摘　　要：“入世”后,转基因农产品国际贸易的现状及其争端成为了业界关心的一个热门话题。如何正确对待转基因农产品,以及与转基因农产品贸易相关的管理机构与国际协定涵盖了哪些内容,均成为了我国农业积极参与国际竞争以及有效应对国外转基因农产品涌入国门冲击的紧迫课题。立足我国农产品生产的实际国情,借鉴美国、欧盟等对转基因产品的政策与实践,将会对我国建立与完善转基因农产品贸易制度有所裨益。After China's access to WTO, the situation and disputes of the international trade of GM crops have become a popular subject. It is urgent for us to treat GM crops with correct attitudes and to know the administrations and administrations and international agreements concerning international trade of GM crops, which can help us join in the international competition and take effective measures to deal with the flooded imported GM crops. With the consideration of the reality of crop production in our country, drawing lessens from America and the European Union is beneficial for us to establish a perfect trading system for GM crops.
