摘 要:水体和土壤保存致病性钩端螺旋体(简称钩体)是钩体病地理流行病学观察研究的重要问题之一.1988~1992年笔者在滇西、滇南的5个县市进行了调查。采用过滤培养分离法,结果在雨季取样的孟连、华坪县得到的全是水生性钩体,干季取样的耿马、保山及盈江3个县市中的耿马县及保山市的水、土中共分离得致病性钩体8株,两地平均检出率为3.31%(8/242),其中水2.14%(3/140)、土4.9%(5/102).分属6个血清群:黄疸出血、致热群各2株,犬、流感伤寒、赛罗及澳洲群各1株,与当地人和动物感染的菌群相一致,为阐述钩体病疫源地结构等提供了新资料。he conservation of pathogenic leptospirae in water and soil is one of the important pro-blems of geography-epidemiological survey of leptospirosis.We have condcted this investiga-tion by using of filt,ation-culture isolation me-thod in five counties in the west and southwestof Yunnan during 1988~1992.The results showed that the isolates from samples of water and soilcollected between July and September in Meng-lian and Huaping county were leptospirae bif-lexa while in the samples of water and soil col-lected between November and December in threecounties,8 strains of L.interrogans were isolatedfrom the samples of Gengma and Baoshan coun-ty.The total positive rate was 3.31%(8/242).The positive rate of water and soil was 2.14%(3/140)and 4.9%(5/102)respectively.Strainsobtained in this investigation belong to six se-rogrolips:Icterohaemorrhagiae and Pyrogenes in2 respectively,Canicola,Grippotyphosa,Sejroeand Australis in 1 respcctively.These serog-roups of leptospirae obtained from water andsoil were corresponded with the serogroups obtai-ned from the patients and animals with leptospi-rosis in local area.This survey provided newdata for expounding the structure of the focus ofleptospirosis.
