摘 要:目的 研究马齿苋的水提物对氟中毒的拮抗作用。方法 采用动物实验的方法 ,将 2 1只健康SD大鼠随机分成 3组 :A组为对照组饮蒸馏水 ,B组饮含 2 5 0mg/L氟化钠的蒸馏水 ,C组饮与B组同样的水 ,同时每日每只大鼠空腹灌服马齿苋水提物 2 5ml/kg。 结果 B组全血及肝组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)、血清及肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力明显低于A ,C组 ,但是肝脂质过氧化物 (LPO)含量明显高于A ,C两组。结论 马齿苋拮抗慢性氟中毒可能与可拮抗氟中毒所致脂质过氧化作用有关。Objective Using the methods of animal experiment,the effects of purslane aqueous extracts against on the chronic fluorosis were studied.Methods Twenty one healthy SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: group A as control drank distilled water;group B drank distilled water containing 250 mg/L fluoride;group C drank the same water as group B and were instilled stomach with purslane extracts 25 ml/kg in each rats.Results The concents of F in serum were examined.The activities of glutathione peroxide's (GSH Px), superoxidde dismutase (SOD) in blood and liver and the contents of hydroxyproline in blood were significantly lower than group A,C, while contents of lipid per oxidation (LPO) in liver 、serum were significantly higher than group A,C.Conclusions The study indicated that the purslane with antoxidation could possibility effectively antitagonize the fluoride chronic toxicity.The mechanism might be related to the function of anti lipid peroxidation.
