摘 要:目的 了解天津市学龄前儿童血硒水平及其在人群中的分布特点。方法 结合托幼园所儿童健康体检 ,使用原子荧光法测定 15 5 64名 17岁儿童的手指末梢血的硒浓度。结果 儿童血硒中位数为 1.166μmol/L ,呈正偏态分布 ;女童血硒水平高于男童 ;4岁以上儿童的血硒水平有随年龄增长而增高的趋势 ;东部、南部沿海地区的儿童血硒水平高于中部市区 ,中部市区高于西、北部郊县。结论 儿童血硒水平总体处于正常偏低范围 ,并且具有地区性差异。应针对不同性别、不同年龄的儿童制定不同的血硒参考值范围 ,以便进行合理的硒补充。Objective To determine the blood selenium (BSe) level and its distribution of preschool children in Tianjin.Methods Going along with check up in kindergarten,the BSe level of finger terminal blood of 15 564 children were measured by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results The median of BSe concentration of total samples was 1.166 μmol/L,and its distribution was skewed positively; the girl's BSe average concentration was higher than boy's,and it escalated along with the age between 4 and 7 age groups; children in the east region had a higher BSe level than those in the middle region,and those in the west and north region had the lowest BSe level.Conclusions Children's BSe average level was in normal range,but was on the lower side,and were different among different regions.It is considerable to establish different range of BSe reference value for children of different sex and age in order to supply selenium correctly.
