17种生态型鼠疫菌对21种抗菌素敏感性的实验观察

摘　　要：目的　为探讨新型抗菌素在鼠疫临床治疗的效率。方法　选用 17个生态型的鼠疫菌对 2 1种抗菌素进行了纸片法药物敏感性实验。结果　 2 1种抗菌素药敏抑制环均在 2 4mm以上。结论　同链霉素相比新型2 0种抗菌素对鼠疫菌的敏感性更好 ;17型鼠疫菌对同一种抗菌素的敏感性无明显差异。Objective In order to probe into treatment efficiency of new type Yersinna(Y.) pestis in clinic.Methods We elected 7 dlifferent ecotype Y. pestis to make paper pieces sensitivity experiment to 21 kinds of antiobitics.Results Controling circles of sensitivety of 21 antiobitics are equally above 24 mm.Conclusions 20 new types antiobitics are better Y. pestis in sensitivity compaired with streptomycin;It has no difference for seventeen type Y. pestis to sensitive of the same antibiotic.
