摘　　要：设计了一种水力测功机转速微机测量系统,该系统使用微型PC机并口中断方式计数测量外部转 速信号,为发动机转速及功率测试试验提供了一种新的方法及手段。A measuring system is designed to measure the rotational speed of hydraulic power measuring machine by computer. The system measures the external signal of rotational speed by means of breaking off the interface of the mini-PC thus providing a new approach to the measuring trial of the rotational speed and power of the engine.
