摘  要:研究了四组不同药物(腺苷、三磷酸腺苷、腺苷复合潘生丁组及硝普钠)行控制性降压中及不同降压水平时心率收缩压乘积与直接测定的心肌氧耗值间的相关性。24只犬随机分四组进行降压。结果以三磷酸腺苷组上述相关性最高(r=0.799),腺苷复合潘生丁组及腺苷组次之,硝普钠组最差(r=0.371);整个降压期间上述相关性均较正常血压时差。认为降压中引起左室充盈压和心肌收缩性改变大时,心率收缩压乘积反映心肌氧耗实际价值较低,而以心脏后负荷和心率改变为主时则能较好反映心肌氧耗状态。The correlativity between RPP and M VO2 was evaluated during controlled hypotension with adenosine (ADO), ATP, ADO +dipyridamole(DIP)and sodium nitroprusside (SNP) in different blood pressure levels. 24 mongrels were equally randomized into 4 groups for experiment. The results revealed that higher correlativity (r= 0. 799) was in ATP group than that of in other group (ADO: r=0.565, ADO+DIP: r= 0. 569,SNP : r= 0. 371 ). The eorrelativity during hypotension was worse than that during normal blood pressure. It is suggested that when cardial preload and contractility change significantly, the value of RPP for evaluation of M VO2 is limited. High correlation between RPP and MvO2 is existed when the main change is cardial afrerload and heart rate.
