川芎嗪和维拉帕米对缺血性急性肾衰初期保护效应的实验研究

摘　　要：１８只犬切除右肾，钳夹左肾动脉６０分的肾缺血模型，再灌注５小时。将动物随机分成对照组、川芎嗪组及维拉帕米组。观察尿量、菊糖清除率、利钠指数、平均动脉压及心率；再灌注５小时取肾组织作形态学检查。结果显示川芎嗪对肾功能及形态有保护作用，维拉帕米则无此作用，提示在手术中有肾缺血时以川芎嗪作为肾保护药物优于维拉帕米。The effects of tetramethylpyrazin and verapmil on renal function and ultra structure after 60min. Ischemia of the kidney and contralateral nephrectomy were studied in dogs. At the begining of reperfusion, the dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups: group 1 (n= 6)as control; group 2 (n=6, tetramethylprazin 10mg. kg-1 /30min ); group 3 (n = 6, Verapamil ling. kg-1/30min ); Urine flow, inulin clearance, fraction excretion of Na+,serum potassium, left renal blood flow,mean artery pressure and heart rate were measured. After 5h reperfusion,the specimen of biopsy was taken from the conjunction and of left renal contex and medulla. The results showed that renal function and ultra structure were better in group l than that in group 2,but no statistical differences in group 1 and group 3. These findings suggest tetrmethylprazin may be more beneficial to renal function than verapamil if the patiants have an undergoing renal ischemia during operation.
