摘  要:15只健康犬随机分三组,采用 Swan-Ganz 漂浮导管及心脏电脑监测仪等手段,以哌替啶、芬太尼作对照,观察曲马多静脉用药前后血流动力学参数的变化。结果表明,曲马多(2mg/kg)血流动力学较稳定,用药后早期LVSW明显高于哌替啶和芬太尼组,SV也有所增加。提示:静脉应用曲马多心血管功能稳定,尤其对左室收缩功能影响较哌替啶、芬太尼更为有益。因此。The hemodynamic effects of intravenous tramadol were compared with pethidine and fentanyl in 15 dogs after insertion of SwanGanz catheter and using cardiac computer monitor. The results indicated that hemodynamic stability was well maintained aftar tV tramadol and the LVSW increased markedly as compared with pethidine and fentanyl groups at 10min after adminstration and the SV only increased slightly. It is suggested that cardiovascular function is stable in tramadol group and particularly the contractility of left ventricle is better than that in the pethidine and fentanyl groups. It is safe to inject tramadol 2mg/kg intraveously in clinical practice.
