双黄连注射液治疗小儿急性支气管炎与肺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:比较双黄连注射液与利巴韦林注射液治疗小儿急性支气管炎与肺炎的临床疗效。方法:50例急性支气管炎与肺炎患儿随机分成双黄连治疗组和利巴韦林对照组,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间及肺部体征恢复正常时间、总有效率与对照组比较,均有显著性差异。结论:双黄连具有抗病毒、抗菌作用,副作用小,是治疗小儿急性呼吸道感染的理想药物。Objective:To compare medicinal effect of Shuanghuanglian injection with that of Ribavirin in the treatment of acute bronchi-tis and pneumonia.Methods:50cases with acute bronchitis and pneumonia were divided into two groups at random.Treatment group were treated with Shuanghuanglian injection and control group with Ribavirin.Both groups were given with cefotaxime.Results:The clin-ical efficacy of the treatment group was markedly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuanghuanglian injection can be used to treat acute respiratory infection,which has functions to resist both virus and germs and has few side effects.
