摘 要:目的 :从冬凌草RabdosiarubescensHemsl.的全草中提取分离活性成分。方法 :采用硅胶柱层析 ,SephadexLH 2 0凝胶柱层析进行分离 ,通过理化性质和波谱分析方法鉴定化合物结构。结果 :从其石油醚及醋酸乙酯部分分离并鉴定了 6个化合物 ,分别为胡萝卜苷 (I)、β 谷甾醇 (II)、冬凌草乙素 (III)、冬凌草甲素 (V)、Effu saninE (IV)和Aurantiamideacetate(VI)。结论 :化合物IV为首次从该植物中分得 ,化合物VI为首次从该属植物中分得。本文还首次对化合物IV的1HNMR和13 CNMR作了较全面的归属。AIM:To obtain bioactive components from Rabdosia rubescens Hemsl..METHOD:The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures were identified on the basis of physical and chemical properties and spectral data. RESULT:Six compounds were obtained in the petroleum ether and ethyl acetate fractions and were identified as daucosterol(I),β-sitosterol(II), rubescensin B(III), effusanin E (IV), rubescensin A (V) and aurantiamide acetate(VI) respectively. CONCLUSION:Compound IV was obtained from this plant and compound VI was obtained from this genus for the first time. Additionally,this paper gave a comprehensive ascription of the 1 HNMR and 13 CNMR data of effusanin E (IV) for the first time.
