摘　　要：本文对政府竞争性合同招标过程进行了系统性的分析。通过运用经济学的语言和原理,对招标过程中的种种不良现象和弊端进行阐释,并针对性地提出具体的招标和预防措施。The thesis systematicly analyzes the process of governmental competitive contract bidding, which expounds quite a few of ill phenomena and malpractices of bidding process by using economic language and principle, then puts forth many concrete measures of bidding and precaution.
