摘　　要：膦亚胺与芳基异氰酸酯、取代酚的连续azaWittig反应和关环反应合成了新的2-[4-(1-苯基3-苄硫(砜)基5-取代芳基-4(5H)-酮-1H-吡唑[3,4-d]并嘧啶-6-氧)苯氧基]丙酸甲酯类化合物,其产物结构经元素分析、1HNMR、EI-MS和IR确证。初步生物活性表明,部分化合物对单子叶和双子叶杂草的根具有很好的抑制作用。The 2-[(1-phenyl-4(5H)-oxo-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-6-yloxy)-phenoxyl]-propionic acid methyl ester(6 and 7) have been synthesized by a novel tandem aza-Wittig and annulation reaction of iminophosphorance 4,aromatic isocyanate and substituted phenols.The structures of all new compounds were confirmed by elemental analyses,(()~1HNMR),IR and mass spectroscopies.The results of preliminary bioassay indicated that some compounds of 6 and 7 possessed high herbicidal activity against the root of rape and barnyard grass.
