摘 要:测定137例生育,245例不育男性的精子和精浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果不育组精子SOD活性(103±39U/10 ̄9精子)显著性低于生育组(144±37U/10 ̄9精子),但精浆SOD活性两组间无显著性差异。经相关分析,精子SOD活性与精子活动率、精子正常形态及精子尾部低渗肿胀率间均呈显著性正相关;而精浆SOD活性与上述三参数、精子密度及精子SOD活性间均无显著相关性。提示精子SOD活性与精子结构、功能有关,可作为衡量精液质量的一个新指标。Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities in spermatozoa and seminal plasma of 137 fertile and 245 infertile men were measured. The results showed that spermatozoal SOD activity in infertile group (103±39 U/10 ̄9cells), was significantly lower than that in fertile group (144±37 U/109 cells), but no significant difference was observed in seminal plasma SOD activity between the groups. Spermatozoal SOD activity was positively correlated to sperm motility, normal morphology and sperm swelling (by sperm hypo-osmotic swelling test). There were no significant correlation between seminal plasma SOD activity and the above three parameters, the sperm density and the spermatozoal SOD activity. These results indicate that there is a close relationship between spermatozoal SOD and spermatozoal structure and function, suggesting spermatozoal SOD activity may be used as an index for the assessment of semen quality.
