养心通脉片对胰岛素抵抗综合征患者相关指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究养心通脉片对胰岛素抵抗综合征(IRS)相关指标的影响。方法:将67例胰岛素抵抗综合征患者随机分为养心通脉片组(治疗组)33例和二甲双胍片组(对照组)34例,均治疗8周,观察比较两组治疗前后血葡萄糖(FPG)、血胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HBCI)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、体重指数(BMI)的变化。结果:治疗后两组 IRS 患者的 FPG、FINS、IRI、TC、TG、LDL-C、SBP、DBP、BIM 及临床症状积分等均明显降低,ISI 和 HDL-C均显著升高(P<0.05或 P<0.01);而治疗组在提高 HBCI、降低 TG 的幅度等方面都显著优于对照组。结论:养心通脉片能有效地改善胰岛素敏感性,提高胰岛β细胞功能,促进组织摄取利用葡萄糖,改善脂质代谢,从而达到治疗 IRS 的目的。Objective:To observe effects of Yangxin Tongmai Tablet on correlative indexes of insulin resistance syndrome.Methods:67 cases of insulin resistance syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group(Yangxin Tongmai Tablet group,n=33)and control group(dimethyldiguanide group,n=34).They were treated for 8 weeks.Changes of blood glucose(FPG),insulin(FINS),insulin sensitive index(ISI),insulin resistance index(IRI),islet β cell function index(HBCI),serum total cholesterol(TC),serum triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),systolic pressure (SBP),diastolic pressure(DBP)and body mass index(BMI)before and after treatment were observed.Results:After treatment, FPG,FINS,IRI,TC,TG,LDL-C,SBP,DBP,BMI and clinical symptom scores decreased,and ISI and HDL-C increased significantly in two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01);while the treatment group in increasing HBCI and decreasing TG was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Yangxin Tongmai Tablet can effectively improve insulin resistance,increase islet β-cell function, promote tissues up-taking and using glucose and improve metabolism of lipids.
