太阴调更汤防治太阴人更年期综合征50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察太阴调更汤防治太阴人更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分成两组,每组50例,对照组用补肺滋阴汤,治疗组用太阴凋更汤治疗,并进行了不同角度的临床观察及对比研究。结果:治疗组在总疗效、显效时间、主症疗效、延迟绝经时间等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.01或 P<0.05)。结论:太阴调更汤临床疗效显著,本疗法具有鲜明的体质医学诊疗特色,为更年期综合征的防治开辟了新途径。Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Taiyin Tiaogeng Decoction for preventing and treating menopausal syndrome of Taiyin Persons.Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into a control group treated with Bufei Ziyin Decoction and a treatment group treated with Taiyin Tiaogeng Decoction,50 cases in each group.Clinical observation and comparative study were conducted. Results:The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group in total therapeutic effect,the time for treatment, therapeutic effect for the main symptoms,menopausal time delay and so on(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion:Taiyin Tiaogeng Decoction has an obvious therapeutic effect with characteristics of diagnosis and therapy of constitution medicine,and it opens a new way for prevention and treatment of menopausal syndrome.
