老年转子间骨折角型钢板治疗失误和并发症分析

摘　　要：目的　分析角型钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折中出现的各种失误和并发症 ,并提出预防措施。方法　1990年 10月以来共治疗股骨转子间骨折 6 8例 ,逐例分析治疗失误的原因。结果　术中操作失误致股骨外侧皮质崩裂 2例 ;钢板刃口穿破股骨头进入髋臼 1例 ,术后切口感染 1例 ,共 8例出现并发症 ,发生率 14.7%。结论　角型钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折效果好 ,但不应忽视可能发生的各种失误和并发症。Obiective In order to analyze the errors and complications occurred in the treatment of femoral fracture fixed with angle steel plate and put out preventive measures.Methods 68 cases of femoral fracture have been treated since October 1990 and the causes of errors have been analyzed in this paper.Results Two cases of cortex crack outside femora resulted from operating error.One case of steel plate edge ran through femora into hipbone.One case of infection after operation and 8 cases occurred complications.The incidence rate was 14.7%.Conclusion It has good effect for angle steel plate fixing femoral fracture but it should not be ignored that different errors and complications may occur.
