洛伐他汀与烟酸肌醇酯治疗高脂血症的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的　研究比较洛伐他汀与烟酸肌醇酯降血脂的疗效。方法　血胆固醇 (TC)浓度≥ 5 .85mmol/L者 10 0例 ,随机分为 2组 :洛伐他汀组 5 0例 ,用洛伐他汀 2 0mg ,口服 ,每天一次 ;烟酸肌醇酯组 5 0例 ,用烟酸肌醇酯 4 0 0mg ,口服 ,一天三次。两组疗程均为 4周。结果　洛伐他汀治疗后血TC、LDL -C浓度明显降低 ,HDL -C浓度升高 ,差别有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,TG则下降不明显 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;烟酸肌醇酯治疗后 ,仅血TC下降有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。组间比较 ,血TC、LDL -C浓度的下降 ,差别有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。Objective To compare the curative effect of Lovastatin and inositol Nicotinate. Methods 100 patients whose plasma cholesterol were≥5.85 mmol. were divided into 2 groups at random. Fifty patients (M 24, F 26, age 62 a±s 11 a) in the treatment group were treated with 20 mg, po, qd by Lovastatin. Fifty patients (M 24, F 26, age 62 a±12 a) in the control group were treated with 400 mg po tid by inositol Nicotinate. The course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups. Results The level of plasma TC and LDL-C decreased obviously and the level of HDL-C was elevated after treatment by Lovastatin (P<0.01). But the lowering of TG after treatment was not obvious (P<0.05). The level of TC decreased only after treatment by inositol Nicotinate ( P<0.01). Conclusion The curative effect of Lovastatin is superior to that of inositol Nicotinate.
