摘  要:36只小鼠分为对照组、油酸肺损伤组及白细胞介素-1受体桔抗剂(IL-1ra)保护组,每组12只。油酸由小鼠尾静脉注入,保护组注入上述拮抗剂后再给予油酸。结果表明,保护组肺系数、肺湿/干重比值较低,支气管肺泡灌洗液总蛋白量较少,PaO_2较高,肺组织学改变(肺泡水肿、肺泡出血、肺坏死、炎症细胞浸润)明显减轻。认为该拮抗剂对油酸型肺损伤有保护作用,从而为其在成人型呼吸窘迫综合征中的临床应用提供一定依据。hirty-six mice were divided into a control group,lung injury group by oleic acid and protected group with interieukin-1 receptor antagonist(IL一lra).There were 12 mice in each group.Oleic acid was injected into the tail vein ofthe mouse with a dose of 0.2ml/ kg to produee a model ofacute lung injury(ALI).The resuIt indicates that preadministration of IL-lra to the mouse with ALl can decrease the lung index,lung wet-to-dry weight ratio and leakage of protein from pulmonary capillary,elevate PaO_2,and significantly attennate lung histologic injury (alveoli edema,alveoli hemorrhage,lung necrosis,inflammatory cell invasion).It is suggested that IL-lra has protective effect on oleic acid-in-duced lung injury and may be a potential tool for treatment of ARDS。
