摘　　要：目的　探讨缝合器、吻合器在消化道手术中的应用。方法　应用XF - 60 / 90 ,GF - 1吻合器进行各类消化道手术。结果　运用缝合器、吻合器进行 186例手术 ,仅 3例出现并发症。结论　消化道手术中应用缝合器、吻合器有利于防止各种术后并发症 ,且有操作简便 。Objective To detect the using of anastomosis and stapler in the operation of digestive system. Methods Using XF-60\90 stapler and GF-1 anastomosis in the operation of digestive system.Results Using anastomosis and stapler to do 186 operations,only three patients had abreast symptom.Conclusion Using anastomosis and stapler in the operation of digestive system does good to all kinds of operation abreast symptoms,and has advantages of informality operation and elonomize time.
