摘　　要：目的　探索聋哑儿童BAEP改变与有关因素的关系。方法　神经电位仪记录 2 9例聋哑儿童BAEP。结果　 2 9例聋哑儿童 58耳中 56耳异常 ,异常率为 96 .6 %。结论　BAEP可客观反映外周的听敏度和脑干听通路的神经传导能力及听神经损害程度 ,对听功能评价具有独特的价值。Objective To explore the relationship between the changes of BAEP in deaf-mute children and its concerned factors.Methods 29 deaf-mute children's BAEP were recorded by Nervous Potential. Results There were 56 abnormal ears in 29 deaf-mute children, the rate of abnormality was 96.6%.Conclusion BAEP can objectively reflect the degree of auditory nerve's damage and also has special value of assess audition.
