手术治疗与封闭治疗输精管结扎后痛性结节57例疗效比较

摘　　要：目的　比较输精管结扎术后痛性结节手术治疗和非手术治疗疗效优劣。方法　手术治疗采用痛性结节切除术 ,非手术治疗采用普鲁卡因加地塞米松痛性结节周围封闭 ,所获数据经 χ2 检验。结果　手术切除治愈率为 10 0 % ,非手术治疗组治愈率为 58.3% ,两组比较 ,P <0 .0 1。Objective To compare the different effect of operative and non-operative treatments in the patients with painful nodule after deferent duct ligation. Methods Operative treatment was to give painful nodule resection;non-operative treatment was to seal painful nodule's surrounding tissue by procaine hydrochloride and dexamethasone.Chi-square was given to the data gained.Results The cure rate was 100 % in the patients accpting painful nodule resection and 58.3% in the others.There was a remarkable difference between two groups (P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of operative treatment is better than non-operative treatment in the patients with painful nodule after deferent duct ligation.
