中西医结合治疗原发性视网膜脱离60例

摘　　要：目的　观察术中不放液加中医药治疗原发性视网膜脱离的疗效、优点及手术适应证。方法　原发性视网膜脱离术中不放液术后加服活血化瘀调节免疫的中药 ,并将结果经 χ2 检验。结果　手术总成功率为96.67% ,比单纯不放液手术治疗视网膜下液吸收快 ,P <0 .0 5。结论　不放液手术治疗原发性视网膜脱离疗效确切 ,加用中药有利于视网膜下液的吸收 。Objective To study the curative effect,advantage and operation indication of primary detachment of retina treated with traditional Chinese medicine as well as operation without liquidletting.Methods After the operation of primary detachment of retina without liquidletting,the patients took traditional Chinese medicine with the function of invigorating the circulation of blood and regulating immunity.The results were tested by χ 2.Results The total successful rate of the operation was 96.67%.The absorption of liquid under retina was quicker than that of single operation without liquidletting (P<0.05).Conclusion It is beneficial for the patients with primary detachment of retina treated with traditional Chinese medicine after the operation to absorb the liquid under retina and prevent them from relapse.
