静脉血骨膜瓣生发层朝向对再生关节软骨的影响

摘　　要：在２４条犬髌股关节面上造成２０ｍｍ×２５ｍｍ的软骨缺损，用静脉血营养骨膜瓣移植修复，根据生发层不同朝向，分两组对比研究。结果表明：生发层朝关节腔组新生软骨组织学结构，超微结构，胶原类型及软骨细胞的营养代谢均明显优于生发层朝骨面组。对于临床应用具有指导意义。Articular cartilage defects of 20mm 25mm were created in 24 dog knees and reconstructed with the periosteal grafts nourished by venous blood. Acomparative studly was performed according to the differeus direction of the cambium layer. The results have demonstrated that the regenerated cartilage of the cambium layer facing the cavity is better than that of the cambium layer facing down in his- tology and ultrustracture as well as collagen type and metablism. It is significant for clinical application.
