摘　　要：目的　探讨普瑞博思混悬液在小儿胃食管返流中的治疗作用。方法　选择 18例病人作为用药组 ,12例病人为对照组 ,用药组病人于哺乳前 15～ 30分钟给予普瑞博思混悬液 0 .2ml/kg口服 ,比较两组及组内用药前后积分变化情况。结果　用药组治疗前后有显著性差异 ,对照组差异不显著 ,两组之间亦有显著性差异。结论　普瑞博思可减少返流次数和促进返流物清除。Objective To observe the effects of cisapride suspension in the treatment of childen gastroesophageal reflux.Methods 18 children with gastroesophageal reflux were selected for the cisapride group,and other 12 patients for the control group.The cisapride group were given cisapride suspension 0.2ml/kg about fifteen to thirty minites before drinking milk.And then contrast the changes of mark between two groups and in each group before and after being given drug.Results There was significant difference between before and after being given cisapride inthe cisapride group and between the cisapride group and the control group.While there was no difference in the control group at each stage.Conclusion Cisapride is an effective drug in the treatment of childern gastroesophageal reflux.
