摘　　要：目的:总结外伤性迟发性脾破裂诊治的临床经验。方法对我院20年来收治的32例外伤性迟发性脾破裂的病例进行回顾性分析。结果:本组32例病人全部治愈。手术治疗30例,占总数的93.75%;非手术治疗2例,占6.25%。无一例出现并发症,19例经12个月的随访未见不良后果。结论:外伤性迟发性脾破裂诊治的关键是提高对本病的认识,保持高度的警惕性,按适应症选择合适的治疗方法。Objective:Summarizet he traumaticc linical experience that the sending spleen breaks and makes a diagnosis and give treatment late. Between method and 32 exception person who injure that our academy accept for medical treatment over the past 20 years person who take place case that spleen break analyse the reviewing late. Result 32 patients of this group all cure. The operation treats 30, take 93 of the total amount. 75%; Do not perform the operation and treat 2, take 6. 25%. Is it appear complication , through to is it meet the bad consequence to follow up a case by regular visits to 12 month 19 in the same way to have. Conclusion Traumatic spleen of sending etc. key treated to break to improve the understanding of this disease late, keep the vigilance of the height, choose the suitable treatment method according to the indication.
