摘　　要：目的　探讨脑钠素 (BNP)浓度与心功能不全严重程度及左室收缩功能的关系。方法　用放射免疫分析法测定了 4 3例心功能不全患者 (观察组 )的 BNP浓度 ,采用超声心动图测量并计算其左室射血分数(L VEF)、舒张末期内径 (L VED)、左房内径 (L AID)并与 18例健康人 (对照组 )比较。结果　观察组 BNP浓度显著高于对照组 ;BNP浓度与 NYHA分级呈正相关 ,BNP浓度与左室收缩功能不全程度具有良好的相关性。结论　Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and the severity of congestive heart failure and left ventricular systolic function.Methods ①BNP was assayed by radioimmunoassay method.②left ventricular function was evaluated by echocardiography with the parameters LVEF?LVED?LAID.Results Plasma BNP of patients with congestive heart failure is much higher than the health control people ;BNP is directly related to NYHA class,BNP correlates well with the LVEF?LVED?LAID.Conclusion BNP can reflect the severity of congestive heart failure,BNP correlates well with left ventricular systolic function.
