摘 要:目的建立一种快速的高效液相色谱法测定水杨酸的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,ODS2HypersilC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇∶水∶冰乙酸(56∶43∶1)为流动相,紫外检测波长为301nm。结果方法在8.5min内完成测定,水杨酸在8~40μg/ml浓度内,r=0.9999,日内及日间精密度的RSD分别为0.46%、0.23%,回收率为99.93%,RSD=1.15%。结论该法可快速、准确的测定溶液搽剂中的水杨酸的含量,回收率高,分离度好。Objective To establish a rapid method to determine salicylic acid in kemeishu liniment by high-performance liquid chromatography.Method Adopting RP-HPLC,the salicylic acid was separated on a hypersil ODSC_(18) column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) and detected at 301 nm,using methanol-water-CH_3COOH(56∶43∶1)as the mobile phase. Result The salicylic acid was eluted in 8.5 minutes,the calibration curve was linear(r=0.9999)within the range of 8 to 40 μg/ml, RSD of the accuracy in a day was 0.46%, RSD of the accuracy during the days was 0.23%,the recovery was 99.93%,RSD=1.15%.Conclusion The method can be used to determine the concentration of salicylic acid rapidly and accurately , the recovery was high ,the separating was good.
