益气明目口服液的主要药效学及毒性研究

摘　　要：目的研究益气明目口服液的主要药效学及毒性,为临床应用提供理论基础。方法观察益气明目口服液对小鼠凝血时间的影响及对家兔血块的溶解作用;给小鼠和大鼠分别灌服益气明目口服液,观察其急性毒性和长期毒性情况。结果益气明目口服液具有缩短小鼠凝血时间,促进止血作用,而且具有促进家兔血块溶解的作用。急慢性毒性实验表明,益气明目口服液无明显的毒性反应。结论益气明目口服液具有止血、溶栓的作用,且无任何积储毒副作用。Objective To study the main pharmacodynamics and toxicity of Yiqimingmu Solution,in order to provide theoretical basis on its clinic application. Method To observe effects of Yiqimingmu Solution on cruor time of mice and gore dissolving of rabbit.To study effects of Yiqimingmu Solution on acute toxicity of mice and chronic toxicity of rat. Result Yiqimingmu Solution can not only shorten cruor time of mice and promote hemostasia,but also accelerate gore dissolving of rabbit. Acute toxicity and chronic toxicity tests suggest that there is not evidently poisonous reaction for Yiqimingmu Solution. Conclusion Yiqimingmu Solution can promote hemostasia and accelerate gore dissolving.There is no any poisonous side-effect.
