格列吡嗪片体外溶出度比较

摘　　要：目的比较4个不同厂家格列吡嗪片的体外溶出度,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法按中国药典2000年版格列吡嗪片溶出度项下有关规定测定其溶出度,利用Excel电子表格软件计算威布尔(Weibull)分布参数,并对溶出参数m、T50、Td等进行统计分析。结果与结论不同厂家格列吡嗪片在30min的溶出量均超过标示量的80%,但其溶出参数有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Objective To compare in vitro dissolution of glipizide tablets.Method The dissolutions of ghipizide tablets were determined according to the Chinese pharmacopoeia 2000 edition .Data were analyzed by Weibull's distribution and m,T_(50),Td were analyzed by ANOVA and t-test.Result and Conclusion More than 80% of the labeled amount of tablets of 4 pharmaceutical factories were dissolved in 30 minutes, statistical difference was found in T_(50),Td(P<0.05).
