对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病患者血清游离脂肪酸谱的研究

摘　　要：应用高效液相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）方法，分析了２４例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者血清游离脂肪酸ＦＦＡ谱，并与１４例正常对照组的（ＦＦＡ）谱进行了比较；同时测定了患者的空腹血糖（ＦＢＧ）。结果显示：（１）患者血清ＦＦＡ总浓度明显高于对照组；（２）患者血清ＦＦＡ谱中花生四烯酸（ＡＡ）组成明显低于对照组；（３）患者ＦＢＧ与血清ＦＦＡ浓度之间呈明显相关。The compositions of free fatty acids(FFA)in the serum from 24 patients with NIDDM and 14 normal controls were analysedby high- performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) ,and at the same time, the patients fasting blood glucose(FBG)was mea-sured.The results showed that:1) the total FFA concentration were significantly increased in NIDDM patients;2)the composi-tions of arachidonic acids were remarkably decreased in NIDDM patients; 3) the changes of FBG correlatd with the total FFA con-centrations in NIDDM patients.
