摘 要:本文利用奥氏体状态记忆合金丝超弹性性能,设计了一种新型形状记忆合金阻尼器,分别从记忆合金材料一维本构模型和合金丝超弹性分段线性恢复力模型两个角度建立了阻尼器的理论模型,并通过性能试验研究,得出如下结论:SMA阻尼器在加卸载循环下会形成比较稳定的近似于双线性的滞回曲线,表明这种阻尼器具有良好的耗能能力;验证了理论模型的正确性;SMA阻尼器具有良好的抗腐蚀和抗疲劳特性,工作性能稳定。In this paper, a new type of shape memory alloy (SMA) damper is proposed by utilizing the superelastic property of SMA. A theoretical model has been developed from uniaxially constitutive model and sectionally linearized superelastic restoring force model of SMA, and a detailed experimental investigation has been carried out in order to get a full understanding of working performance of the damper. Through this study,the following results are obtained: 1. the SMA damper under loading and unloading repeated cycles assumes rather stable and approximate bilinear hysteresis loop, showing that the damper has good energy dissipation; 2. the correctness of the theoretical model is verified by the pseudo-dynamic experiment; 3. the SMA damper has good corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance and durable working property.
