摘 要:作者研究了炭吸收法分离技术测定血清生长激素结合蛋白(GHBP)的相关因素,提出了理想的本实验室的检测条件。本法灵敏度为0.9%/10μl血清,批内CV为2.5%,批间CV为6.0%。并用此法对正常青春发育期儿童106例,GHD20例,GHND24例,肥胖症10例,Laron型侏儒症1例,进行了血清GHBP测定。其中4例矮小儿童同时测夜睡眠5h血清GH分泌相及GHBP水平的动态观察。In this report the authors studied the relevant factors in the dextran-coated charcoal technique for separating the bound-hGHfrom the free-hGH,and established an optimized condition, The sensitivity was 0.9%/10 μ1 serum. Intra-and inter-assay coeffi-cients of variation were 2.5%and 6.0%respectively. UsinR this method the authors measured the serum GHBP in 106 normal pu-bertal children , among them 20 with GHD, 24 with GHND,10 with obesity and one with Laron’s syndrome. In 4 children withshort-statue 5-hour night time GH and GHBP profiles were measured.
