摘　　要：目的观察可调脉宽(VPW)532nm激光治疗鲜红斑痣的临床疗效及影响疗效的有关因素。方法用VPW532激光治疗260例鲜红斑痣,观察、分析其疗效及影响因素。结果VPW532nm激光鲜红斑痣有效率为52.3%。病损程度越深、患者年龄越大则疗效越差。结论VPW532激光治疗鲜红斑痣疗效及美容效果好,应尽早在婴幼儿患者中应用。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of VPW532 laser application in treatment of port wine stains, and find out the influent factors. [Method] VPW532 laser was used to treat PWS, observe and analyse the effects and the influent factors. [Result] The effective rate was 52.3%, the lesion classifications and the patient ages were important influent factors. [Conclusion] VPW532 is a effective and safe method to treat PWS, especially using in youngers.
