二甲双胍联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨二甲双胍联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的疗效观察。方法将126例pcos并不孕患者,按治疗方法不同分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,各组42例。Ⅰ组从月经周期或撤退性出血第5天开始口服枸橼酸氯米芬片,每日一次,每次50mg,连服5天,共用六个周期。Ⅱ组口服二甲双胍,每日3次,每次750mg,连用6个周期。Ⅲ组用二甲双胍联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,用药时间及剂量均同上。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组患者治疗后,均有不同程度月经恢复及妊娠。Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组月经恢复情况相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05),但Ⅲ组妊娠率明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,差异有显著性(P<0.01),Ⅰ、Ⅱ组妊娠比较,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合枸橼酸氯米芬能明显提高pcos患者的妊娠率。Objective To investigate the effects of emtformin and clomiphene on infertility caused by polysystic ovary syndrome ( PCOS ) with insulin-resistance.Methods One hundred twenty-six infertitity patient caused by pcos with IR were randomly divided into three groups: Patients in groupⅠ( n=42 ):Took clomiphene 50mg only, once daily from the 5th day of menstrual cycle or with drawal bleeding for 5 day and 6 cycle; Patient in group Ⅱ(n=42 ) took metformin 750mg only ,three times daily for 6 cycle ,and patient in groupⅢ(n=42) were treated by metformin and clomiphere for 6 cycle ,with the same dosages as groups ⅠandⅡ. Results The pregant rate was significantly higher in group Ⅲ than in groupsⅠandⅡ (P<0.01 ) , while there was no significant difference between the latter two groups (P>0.05 ).Conclusien Metformin plus clomiphere is an effective way of treating infertility caused by pcos with IR.
