紫外分光光度法测定N,N-二乙基二叔丁基亚磷酰胺酯的含量

摘　　要：采用N,N-二乙基二叔丁基亚磷酰胺酯(DBPA)与HI的裂介反应,用紫外光谱法测定样品DBPA的含量。RSD为0.52%线性范围0-0.498 mg/mL,回收率为98%-102%。This paper reports the determination of Di-tert-butylN, N-Diethylphosphoramidite(DBPA) by UV spectrophotometry after transferring it into iodoalkanes. The results show that the recovery rate obtained by standard addition method was is 98% - 102% ,and RSD is 0.5 % ( n =5).The accuracy and repeatability are very good.
