摘  要:目的研究甲醛和苯联合染毒对小鼠脾脏、胸腺淋巴细胞DNA和RNA合成的影响。方法采用3H胸腺嘧啶(3HTdR)、14C尿嘧啶(14CUR)掺入技术,检测不同剂量甲醛和苯经腹腔注射联合染毒对小鼠脾脏、胸腺淋巴细胞DNA和RNA合成的影响。结果甲醛和苯联合染毒时,小鼠脾脏、胸腺淋巴细胞3HTdR和14CURdpm相对百分数显著低于甲醛、苯单独染毒时3HTdR和14CURdpm相对百分数(P<0.05)。结论甲醛和苯对小鼠脾脏、胸腺淋巴细胞DNA和RNA合成影响有联合作用。Objective To explore the effect of combined exposure of formaldehyde and benzene on DNA and RNA synthesis in spleen and thymic lymphocytes in mice. Methods Mice were intraperitoneally injected with formaldehyde and benzene at various doses. The assay of radioactive compounds ( 3H-thymidine and  14C-Uridine) incorporation was used to detect the effect of DNA and RNA synthesis in spleen and thymic lymphocytes. Results The percentages of 3H-thymidine and  14C-Uridine incorporation disintegrations per minute (dpm) of spleen and thymic lymphocytes by combined exposure to formaldehyde and benzene in mice were much lower than those exposed alone to formaldehyde or benzene (P<0.05). Conclusion It was suggested that formaldehyde and benzene could have a combinatively inhibitive effect on DNA and RNA synthesis in spleen and thymic lymphocytes in mice.
