摘　　要：目的探讨正己烷染毒大鼠中毒表现及血清神经生长因子(NGF)水平变化。方法选择实验大鼠24只,随机分成4组,每组6只,每天用正己烷灌胃,每周5次,连续8周,剂量分别为0、368、675、2700mg/kg。于0、2、4、8周采取静脉血,采用酶联免疫分析法(ELISA)测定各剂量组大鼠的血清NGF水平。结果染毒大鼠血清NGF水平在染毒第4周前变化不明显,第8周明显增高;染毒后期神经系统抑制症状有加重趋势。结论正己烷染毒大鼠可出现周围神经抑制现象及血清NGF水平的变化。Objective To investigate the levels of serum neuron growth factor (NGF) in rats exposed to n-hexane and the relationship between NGF and peripheral neuropathy caused by n-hexane poisoning. Methods 24 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups by body weight ,and then treated with n-hexane by gavage at the dosage of 0, 368, 675, 2700 mg/kg respectively. Serum NGF were measured by ELISA. Results The levels of serum NGF remained unchanged before the 4th week but increased obviously in the 8th week. There was a tendence that the inhibition symptoms of nerve system were worsened at the last stage. Conclusion It is concluded that the levels of serum NGF are changed and peripheral nerve was prohibited in the rats exposed to n-hexane.
