摘　　要：日本先保证国内资源、能源的稳定供应,对相关的产业部门进行投资,再从比较优势的行业依次对外进行扩散,使本国的“边际产业”依次向外转移。“日本式”的这种产业流向在当前我国实施QDII制度条件下对外投资的产业选择有着重要的启示。At first, in order to ensure domestic resource,energy stable supply, Japan has invested on related industry, and then, Japan has diffused the relatively advantageous industry successively for transferring the marginal industry.This kind of industrial distribution mode of Japan has important enlightenment on industrial selection of Chinese FDI.
