优值牵引法治疗颈型颈椎病

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同的牵引方法治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效的差别及颈曲变化之间的关系。方法:临床选择颈型颈椎病110例,随机分为两组,其中治疗组80例,男45例,女35例;年龄18～29岁54例,30～49岁19例,50～65岁7例;病程0～3个月56例,3～12个月13例,12个月以上11例;X线片示生理曲度变浅77例,颈椎增生24例。对照组30例,男17例,女13例;年龄18～29岁21例,30～49岁7例,50～65岁2例;病程0～3个月21例,3～12个月5例,12个月以上4例;X线片示生理曲度变浅29例,颈椎增生9例。治疗组采用优值牵引法,对照组采用传统的枕颌带牵引治疗。结果:治疗1个疗程后,治疗组治愈率77.5%,对照组治愈率46.7%;经治疗2个疗程后,治疗组治愈率94.4%,对照组治愈率75%,两组疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:优值牵引法采用动态位牵引,符合颈段脊柱的生物力学特性,为治疗颈型颈椎病的有效疗法。Objective: To explore the relationship of the clinical effect difference and changes of neck's curvature after different pulling treatment on cervical spondylopathy.Methods:One hundred and ten patients were randomly divided into therapy group and control group.Therapy group:80 patients (male 45 cases,female 35 cases);The age were ranged from 18 to 65 years;The progress were ranged from 0 to 12 months.The X-ray films showed physio-curvature was superficial in 77 patients and cervical hyperplasia in 24 patients;Treated with high qualitive traction.Control group:30 patients(male 17 cases,female 13 cases);The age were range from 18 to 65 years;The progress were ranged from 0 to 20 months.The X-ray films showed physio-curvature was superficial in 29 patients and cervical hyperplasia in 9 patients;Treated with conventional traction.Results:After first period of treatment,the rates of cure were 77.5% in therapy group and 46.7% in control group.There was significance difference between two methods(P<0.05).Conclusion:High qualitive traction is an effective therapeutics for the cervical spondylopathy.
