脑电图在胎脑移植术疗效评定中的价值

摘　　要：对５３例精神发育迟滞患者胎脑移植术前后的脑电图进行对比研究。其中术前正常４例，异常４９例。术后正常２６例，异常２７例。术前１３例痫样放电者，术后９例消失，４例减少。术前后脑电图变化的差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。故脑电图对精神发育迟滞患者胎脑移植术后的疗效评定，有一定的参考价值。In this report the EEG of 53 patients with mental development retardation was studied comparatively before and after receiving fetal brain transplantation. Before the graft, 49 cases showed abnormal EEG. But after the graft only 27 cases still showed abnormal. Among the 13 cases with epileptiform pattern before the graft, the epileptiform pattern in 9 cases disappeared and that in 4 cases decreased. The EEG showed a significant improvement after the graft (P<0. 05). The results showed that the EEG is of certain value in the evaluation of the curative effect and prognosis of fetal brain transplantation.
