摘  要:不锈钢中钛和钼量测定 ,通常都是由两个分析人员 ,各自单独进行测定的。钛大多采用高灵敏度显色剂———变色酸 ,在硫酸介质中显色进行测定。该络合物十分稳定。且钢中常存元素几乎都没有干扰。钼通常采用硫握酸盐光度法。还原剂通常采用的有氯化亚锡、抗坏血酸、硫脲等。其中以抗坏血酸最为理想 ,因为它是一种较弱的还原剂 ,钼只被还原到五价 ,且该钼络合物色泽十分稳定 ,灵敏度也较高。作者经过多年细心观察和思考 ,发现钛和钼的显色介质都在硫酸介质或磷酸和硫酸混合酸介质中 ,因此只要在完成钛的定量比色测定后 ,在其试样溶液中 ,移取部分试液 ,稍作调整 ,加入适量的硫磷混合酸 ,即能达到和控制在原单独测定钼时的显色酸度 ,经多次实践检验证明 ,分析结果几乎和原单独测定钼的结果 。Usually ,determination for Ti and Mo in the Stainless Steel Is performed respectively by two analyist .TI is determined in the sulfuric acid by the means of coloration , mostly using high sensibility color developing agent-discoloration acid .This complex compound is very steady .and hardly interfered by constant elements in the steel .Mo is determined usually by the thiocyanide are stannous chloride .ascorbic acid , thiourea and so on ,Ascorbic acid among them is the best , because it's just a weaker reducing agent ,Mo is just reduced to pentavalent , and this Mo complex Compund's color is very steady , it has higher sensibility ,After mang years of carefull observation and thinking ,the author discovered that colouration medias of Ti and thinking , the author discovered that colouration medias of Ti and Mo are all in the Sulfuric acid medic or mixed medias of Sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid ,so only after completion of determination of guantitative color comparison of Ti, take part of the solutions of samples ,adjust slightly ,add suitable mixed sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid , the coloration acidity can be reached and controlled as the same as the coloration acidity at that time When Mo is determined separately ,The practices proved that analysis result was almost the same as the result at that time when determining Mo separately
