摘  要:用链脲霉素制备合格的糖尿病模型小鼠24只,随机分为3组:对照1组为生理盐水组,对照2组为植入猪胰腺细胞组,治疗组为植入用免疫隔离膜包裹的猪胰腺细胞组。植入量均为100mg。结果表明:治疗组小鼠在完全停用胰岛素的情况下,于第7天左右血糖水平可降至8.11±3.06mmol/L并能维持2~4.5个月,与对照1、2组19.67±2.45mmol/L和13。44±2,57mmol/L相比均有显著差异(P<0.01;P<0.05)。可见免疫隔离膜具有良好的生物膜性,可以有效地避免宿主抗移植物的排斥反应,使猪胰腺细胞在小鼠体内仍具有生物功能。The diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin were separated into three groups: Nomal saline (NS) injection group, unencapsulated pancreatic islets transplantation group and encapsulated islets transplantation group. The results showed that allmice in the first group died in 14 days, and that the second and the third groupsurvived much longer. On the 7th day the mean leves of the blood glucose in the first, second and third group were 354. 429±44. 109 mg/dl. 242. 125±46.268mg/dl and 146. 125±55.13mg/dl respectively.The results suggested that microencapsulated islets had high biological activity and that microencapsulation could prevent islets from rejection.
