摘　　要：目的:评价非梗塞性Q波的临床意义。方法:详细询问临床病史资料,动态观察心电图及心肌酶学,并根据患者具体情况行心脏彩超、心脏ECT、运动平板试验、冠脉造影等检查,随访6个月。结果:12导联心电图显示非梗塞性Q波情况V1～V2或V1～V329例,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、avF22例,Ⅲ、avF4例,Ⅰ、avl3例,V4～V6、I、avl12例,Ⅲ2例;非梗塞性Q波在不同疾病的出现情况:肺气肿11例,心肌病9例,肺栓塞4例,预激综合征9例,高钾血症8例,胸部挤压伤4例,颅内高压症5例,心肌炎及心内膜炎11例,高血压性心脏病11例。结论:非梗塞性Q波出现在不同导联有重要的临床鉴别诊断意义。Objective:To evaluate clinical meaning of non-obstructive Q wave.Method:Detailed inquire the clinical disease history data, the dynamic state observation electrocardiogram and the myocardial enzymes learn, and go the heart according to the concrete circumstance of sufferer colourful super, the heart ECT, the sport flat panel experiment, the conery angiography etc. check, with visit 6 months.Result:12 lead of electrocardiogram manifestation to non-obstruct Qive wave V1～V2 or V1～V3s 29 Example, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, avF 22, Ⅲ, Ⅰ, avl 3, V4～V6, Ⅰ, avl 12 example, Ⅲ 2 example;non-obstructive Q wave to appear the circumstance in the different paroxysm :11 of emphysema,9 of the myocardial disease, the pulmonary embolism 4, preexcitation syndrome 9,hyperpotassemia 8, the chest squeezes to harm 4,intrcranial hypertension 5 , myocarditis or endocarditis 11, hypertensive heart disease 11. Conclusion:Non-Obstructive Q wave to appear the different lead have the important discriminateive clinic diagnosis meaning.
