摘　　要：建设社会主义法治国家,已由宪法所确认,依法调整宗教社会关系是实现社会主义法治不可或缺的一部分。本文分析了制定宗教基本法的法理基础,提出了宗教立法中的几个具体问题及宗教基本法的立法构想。Construction socialist country governed by law, has confirmed from constitution, and it is a necessary part to realize socialist rule by law that we adjust religious social relation to law. This paper has analyzed the foundation of legal principle of religious legislation, and has put forward some specific problems in religious legislation. In the same time, the paper has tried to establish the legislative conception about religious basic law.
