摘  要:氧气侧吹直接炼铅半工业试验结果表明:铅精矿和含铅物料在氧气侧吹炉内熔炼,用煤作还原剂,可直接产出粗铅。铅回收率大于96%,渣含铅低于2%,烟气中SO2浓度高达24%,可直接制酸处理。该工艺具有投资少、效率高、流程短、设备简单和低污染等特点,可以广泛应用于铅冶炼工业化生产。The result of lead direct smelting by oxygen side-blowing in pilot-plant-scale indicates that lead concentrate and residue and dust can be smelted in Oxygen Side-blowing Furnace to produce crude lead, which coal is used as reducing agent. The recovery ratio of lead is more than 96%. SO_2 concentrate in waste gas is more than 24%.The off-gas can be treated by producing sulphuric acid directly. This process has many advantages, such as less investment, high efficiency, short process flow, simple equipment and low pollution. As a result, it can be used for producing lead widely.
