摘  要:采用高酸浸出———铁粉还原浸出———富集———除铁———还原萃取工艺从海绵铁中回收镓。酸浸条件为起始酸度180g/LH2SO4、最终pH0 2、温度80℃。中浸采用铁粉调节pH4 2,经过3次循环,镓浸出率92 6%。以10%P204+90%磺化煤油+1 5%YW-100为萃取剂,水相与有机相相比为5∶1,pH1 5,镓的萃取率为99%。用6mol/L分析纯盐酸作反萃剂,反萃级数为3级,经氨水沉淀得到产物镓的纯度为97%。Recovering Ga from sponge iron by the following process is developed: strong-acid leaching, reduction leaching with sponge iron powder, enrichment, iron precipitating, reductive extraction. The acid leaching conditions is given as 180g/L H_2SO_4,pH 0.2 at 80℃. The sponge iron powder is used to adjust the pH up to 4.2. The extractive system consisted of 10%P_(204)+90%sulphied kerosene+1.5%YW-100, and under the experimental conditions of the ration of water phase and organic phase 5∶1, pH1.5, Ga recovery reaches 99%. After 3 series stripping using the muriatic acid as stripping agent, the 97% Ga can be obtained by ammonia precipitating.
