摘 要:利用纯钛粉和镍粉,通过反应钎涂在低碳钢基体上制备了与基体之间为冶金结合的镍钛金属间化合物涂层。采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、X射线衍射仪及硬度计,研究了涂层的相组成、组织结构和成分分布。结果表明涂层为复合结构,其组织由NiTi2、hcp-Ti和NiTi相构成,其中NiTi2和NiTi是在钎涂过程中原位合成的。随着钎涂工艺参数的变化,涂层中相的种类和含量也随之发生变化。但涂层表面硬度并不随涂层中相种类和含量的变化而变化,其值达到85HR15N。The Ti-Ni alloy coatings with a metallurgical bond between the coating and its substrate are synthesized by reactive braze coating (RBC) utilizing the industrial raw materials of titanium and nickel powder in vacuum braze furnace on mid steel substrates. The phases, microstructure and composition distribution of alloy coatings are studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrum (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and hardness testing. The results show that the microstructure of the composite coatings is made up of NiTi_2, hcp-Ti and NiTi phases. NiTi_2 and NiTi of the coatings are synthesized during braze coating. With braze coating techniques changing, the sort and content of phases in the coatings vary, but the hardness of the coatings, which is up to 85HR15N, does not shift greatly.
